This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 611 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering an account or using any part of the 611 platform, you explicitly accept and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

To use the 611 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of this platform or similar services is prohibited.
  • Register an account using truthful, accurate, and complete information.

611 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify that a user meets the eligibility requirements. Users who fail to provide the required documentation may have their account access restricted.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Creation & Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 611 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, email address, and any other requested information accurately and completely.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your payment details and registered phone number.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 611 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact 611 support immediately at [email protected] so that the necessary security measures can be taken without delay.

Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 611 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and FPX, as well as e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. 611 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Withdrawal of winnings will be processed within 1 to 3 business days to your registered bank account. 611 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for identity verification or investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

Users are not permitted to conduct any transactions involving money laundering or financial activities that contravene Malaysian law. Any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

611 does not cover any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers during the processing of transactions.

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
  • Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
  • Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Spreading false information or disrupting platform operations.
  • Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.

Limitation of Liability

611 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

The 611 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users assume full responsibility for their use of the platform.

Account Policies, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Account Suspension and Closure

611 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the reasonable discretion of 611 management. Balances in accounts suspended due to a terms violation may be frozen pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 611 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 611 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 611.

Third-Party Links

The 611 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 611 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

611 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the most current version of the terms.

Your continued use of the 611 platform after any changes are published will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from them shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
